Terms of Service

General Terms

By creating an account on ANodes, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and Discord's Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using our services.

All users have the same account type. Available features, limits, and access depend on the selected plan.

ANodes reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate plans where permitted by law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary.

Service Description

ANodes provides cloud hosting services primarily intended for lightweight applications such as Discord bots, web applications, APIs, and backend services.

Performance, resource limits, and available features depend on the selected plan. ANodes does not guarantee compatibility with all software, frameworks, or third-party systems.

Third-Party Trademarks: ANodes Hosting is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc., Stripe Inc., Pterodactyl, or their respective affiliates.

Service License

When a plan is activated, ANodes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the allocated resources for the duration of the applicable service period.

All infrastructure and services remain the property of ANodes and its providers.

Payments & Billing

Paid plans require payment before activation. All payments are processed through our available payment providers.

By making a payment through ANodes, you agree to pay all applicable fees and acknowledge the applicable terms of the payment provider, including Stripe's terms where Stripe is used.

Failure to complete payment, fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or other payment-related abuse may result in immediate suspension or termination.

One-Time Renewals: ANodes does not use automatic recurring subscriptions for server renewals. Each server renewal is a separate, one-time payment that must be manually completed by the user.

Users may renew an active server before its expiration date. When a renewal is successfully completed, one additional month is added to the server's existing remaining service time. Renewing before expiration does not remove or replace the time already remaining on the server.

ANodes may send expiration reminders through its official Discord bot. Discord notifications are only available to users who are members of the official ANodes Discord server. Users are responsible for monitoring their server's expiration date through the dashboard and should not rely solely on Discord notifications.

If a renewal payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or charged back, ANodes may suspend the associated service and permanently delete the associated server and hosted data where permitted by law.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly permitted by this section.

A refund may be requested for a paid plan only if the plan has not been activated, started, accessed, configured, or otherwise used.

Examples of use include starting the server, modifying or uploading files, changing server configuration, or otherwise consuming the purchased service.

Once a plan has been used or resources have been consumed, the purchase is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable.

Refund requests for eligible unused plans must be submitted through the official support system and are subject to review and approval.

EU Consumer Rights

Where applicable, EU consumer protection laws may provide a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

For digital services, this right may cease to apply once service performance begins with the customer's prior explicit consent, where permitted by applicable law.

By requesting immediate activation of a digital service, you acknowledge that service performance may begin immediately and that any applicable withdrawal right may be affected once performance begins, where permitted by law.

Service Suspension & Termination

ANodes may suspend, restrict, isolate, or terminate an account, plan, server, or hosted content for violations of these Terms, abuse, security risks, resource abuse, fraudulent activity, legal requirements, or threats to the platform or other users.

Enforcement & Refunds: If ANodes suspends or terminates a server or account due to a violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, malicious activity, security concerns, or any other valid enforcement reason, the user is not entitled to a refund or service credit for any unused portion of the affected service, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Such action may be taken with or without prior notice when reasonably necessary to protect ANodes, its infrastructure, users, or third parties.

Expired Services: When a paid server reaches its expiration date without a successful renewal, the service may be suspended.

After suspension, ANodes may provide a limited renewal grace period. If the service remains unpaid after the applicable grace period, the server and all associated data may be permanently deleted.

The applicable grace period does not apply where immediate deletion is required as a result of a refund, payment dispute, chargeback, fraud, abuse, or security incident.

Expiration Notifications: Where available, ANodes may notify users that their server is approaching expiration through the official Discord bot. Notifications are only delivered to users who are members of the official ANodes Discord server. Failure to receive a notification does not extend the server's expiration date or create an obligation for ANodes to restore an expired service.

Final Deletion: After the applicable grace period expires, servers and associated data, including files, databases, code, and configurations, may be permanently deleted. ANodes does not guarantee that deleted servers or data can be restored.

Company Shutdown: ANodes reserves the right to cease operations and permanently terminate its services. Where reasonably possible, advance notice will be provided to allow users to retrieve their data. ANodes does not guarantee refunds or service credits for unused portions of plans following a permanent shutdown, except where required by law.

Resource Usage

ANodes plans are intended primarily for lightweight workloads.

Excessive resource usage that negatively affects platform stability or other users may result in restriction, throttling, suspension, or termination. Systems may be automatically monitored for excessive or abnormal resource consumption.

Resource abuse includes, but is not limited to, excessive CPU, bandwidth, storage, network sockets, processes, filesystem operations, or other resource consumption that negatively affects the platform.

Instances exhibiting extreme CPU abuse, including sustained usage significantly exceeding their allocated limits, may be suspended or terminated immediately.

Prohibited workloads include large-scale AI inference and other high-intensity computing activities that are unsuitable for the selected plan.

Prohibited Software & Activities

Users may not use ANodes services for software or activities primarily intended to facilitate unauthorized access, persistence, credential theft, proxying, cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service attacks, security evasion, malware delivery, or attacks against third parties.

Users may not operate or facilitate proxy services, VPN services, tunnels, relay services, exit nodes, CDN bypasses, reverse proxies, anonymization services, botnets, command-and-control infrastructure, traffic forwarding, or similar network infrastructure without prior written authorization from ANodes.

Network scanning, spam, DDoS participation, excessive outbound traffic, tunneling, proxying, and abnormal network behavior may result in immediate enforcement action.

Account Usage & Abuse Prevention

Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred. Unauthorized reselling of ANodes services may result in termination.

Attempts to bypass security controls, abuse detection systems, rate limits, account restrictions, free-plan limits, or other platform limitations are prohibited.

Account Association: ANodes may use available account and technical information to identify accounts that appear to be operated by the same person or used to circumvent restrictions. This may include, where available and appropriate, IP addresses, email addresses, browser or device identifiers, Discord identifiers, and other relevant account information.

Multiple Accounts: Creating or using multiple accounts to obtain additional free servers, bypass limits, promotions, restrictions, suspensions, or other platform limitations is strictly prohibited.

If ANodes determines that multiple accounts are being operated by the same person for prohibited purposes, ANodes may terminate or restrict all associated accounts and servers, delete associated data without notice, and permanently blacklist the user and associated accounts from the platform.

Accounts associated with a blacklist may remain restricted permanently. ANodes may determine the scope of an association using available technical and account information and is not required to remove a restriction solely because another person claims to use the same network, device, or other identifier.

Creating or using additional accounts after suspension or termination, or assisting another person in bypassing an ANodes restriction, is prohibited and may result in permanent removal of associated accounts.

VPN & Proxy Restriction

VPNs, proxies, Tor, and other anonymizing services may not be used to access or interact with ANodes platforms, including the website, dashboard, or official Discord server.

This restriction applies to account registration, login, and general usage. Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, or permanent blacklisting.

Free Plans & Verification

Free plans are provided on an as-is basis and may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Free Server Verification: Creating a free server requires a $0.50 Stripe verification. The verification amount is not retained by ANodes.

The $0.50 amount is temporarily authorized or held by Stripe for verification purposes and is released after the verification process. ANodes does not receive the verification amount as revenue.

The time required for the funds to become available again depends on the user's bank or payment provider. The release may occur within seconds or minutes, but some banks or payment providers may take up to one business day to reflect the released funds.

Free servers are subject to the same abuse-prevention and account-association systems described in these Terms. Creating additional accounts to obtain additional free servers is prohibited.

Security & Monitoring

ANodes uses automated and manual systems to monitor platform usage and detect abuse, fraud, malicious activity, security threats, and violations of these Terms.

ANodes may immediately suspend, restrict, isolate, quarantine, or terminate accounts, servers, or hosted content that are reasonably suspected of violating these Terms or threatening the security, stability, integrity, or reputation of ANodes or its infrastructure.

ANodes may temporarily restrict access while an investigation is conducted.

Suspicious Activity: If an account is reasonably suspected of malicious, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful activity, ANodes may suspend or blacklist the account while an investigation is conducted.

Where appropriate, a temporary suspension or restriction may be lifted after the user provides sufficient information to verify that their activity is legitimate.

Appeals: Users may appeal eligible suspensions through the official support system. ANodes may designate certain enforcement actions as final or unappealable where warranted by the circumstances.

Shadow Logins: For technical support, ANodes administrators may access user dashboards through "shadow logins." Administrators are prohibited and programmatically restricted from creating, modifying, deleting, or managing user resources, configurations, or servers through this access. Shadow login access is limited to viewing relevant information needed to investigate and resolve support requests.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of data, files, databases, and configurations.

ANodes is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or deletion resulting from user actions, service termination, infrastructure failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Automated backups may be performed for disaster recovery and infrastructure restoration. These backups are not guaranteed to be available for individual file, database, or server restoration requests.

Content Restrictions

The following content and activities are prohibited on ANodes services:

Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material.

Hate speech, extremist content, harassment, or promotion of violence.

Illegal content or activity under applicable law.

Copyright-infringing or unauthorized distribution of protected material.

Malware, spyware, ransomware, trojans, worms, RATs, backdoors, reverse shells, exploit payloads, phishing infrastructure, token loggers, credential stealers, command-and-control software, or software primarily intended to facilitate unauthorized access.

Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or scam-related services.

Unauthorized hacking tools, exploit distribution, or credential theft services.

Unauthorized data scraping, data mining, automated harvesting, or collection of third-party data.

Cryptocurrency mining, wallet drainers, blockchain abuse, or malicious smart-contract tooling.

Artificial traffic generation, click fraud, ad fraud, or impression manipulation.

Any activity that may materially harm ANodes infrastructure, reputation, upstream providers, or business relationships.

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 13 years old to use ANodes services.

Impersonation

Plans and hosted services may not impersonate ANodes, third parties, or individuals in a misleading or deceptive manner.

Gambling & Financial Services

Use of ANodes services for gambling, betting, or wagering systems involving real-world value is prohibited.

Abuse & DMCA Complaints

For copyright takedown requests, DMCA complaints, abuse reports, or law enforcement inquiries, please open an official support ticket through the ANodes Discord server. ANodes will investigate valid reports in a timely manner.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANodes is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, or business.

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Users are responsible for all content and activity conducted through their accounts and plans.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANodes and its administrators from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your use of the services, hosted content, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Romania, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable legal requirements.

Changes to Terms

ANodes may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced through the dashboard notification center where reasonably possible, generally at least 2–3 days before taking effect.

Continued use of ANodes services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.

Final Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
