General Terms

By creating an account on ANodes and purchasing any plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

All users have the same account type. The features, limits, and access depend entirely on the selected plan.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, or terminate accounts or plans where permitted by law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.

Service Description

ANodes provides cloud hosting plans designed for lightweight applications such as Discord bots, web applications, APIs, and backend services.

All performance, resource limits, and features depend on the selected plan.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all software, frameworks, or third-party systems.

Service License

When a plan is activated, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the allocated resources for the duration of the billing period.

All infrastructure and services remain the property of ANodes and its providers.

Payments & Billing

All plans require upfront payment before activation.

By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including recurring charges if the plan is renewed.

Failure to complete payment, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

We may suspend or terminate any plan at any time for violations of these Terms or for system security and stability reasons.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this section.

Refunds are only available if the purchased plan has not been activated, started, or accessed in any form.

Once a plan is activated or used, it is considered fully delivered and no refund will be issued.

Refund requests for unused plans may be submitted through our support system and are subject to review and approval.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection rules, digital purchases may include a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

For digital services, this right does not apply once service performance begins with the customer’s prior explicit consent.

By purchasing and activating a plan immediately, you request instant service delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once performance begins, where permitted by law.

Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate any plan at any time for violations of these Terms, abuse, security risks, or legal compliance requirements.

Unpaid or expired plans may be suspended or removed after a reasonable grace period.

Upon termination, data may be permanently deleted without obligation to restore or recover it.

Acceptable Use Policy

Plans must not be used for illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

This includes but is not limited to malware, phishing, spam systems, fraud, credential theft, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.

Violations may result in immediate termination of the affected plan without notice.

Resource Usage

All plans are intended for lightweight workloads only.

Excessive resource usage that affects platform stability may result in restriction, throttling, or termination of the plan.

Prohibited workloads include cryptocurrency mining, large-scale AI inference, or other high-intensity computing tasks.

Network Abuse

Any attempt to disrupt or abuse networks or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

This includes DDoS attacks, traffic flooding, unauthorized scanning, or exploitation attempts.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access to all services.

Account Usage

Accounts are personal and not to be sold.

Unauthorized reselling could get you terminated from ANodes.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or error-free operation.

Downtime may occur due to maintenance, hardware failure, network issues, or external factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Free Plans

Free plans are provided on an as-is basis and may be modified, limited, or removed at any time.

Abuse of free plans or creation of multiple accounts to bypass restrictions is not allowed.

Free plan availability and limits may change without notice.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data, files, and configurations.

We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or deletion under any circumstances.

Content Restrictions

To maintain platform integrity, legal compliance, and infrastructure safety, certain content and activities are strictly prohibited on ANodes services.

Prohibited content and usage include, but are not limited to:

Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material.

Hate speech, extremist content, harassment, or promotion of violence.

Illegal content or activity under applicable law.

Malware, spyware, RATs, token loggers, phishing pages, exploit kits, or harmful software.

Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or scam-related services.

Unauthorized hacking tools, exploit distribution, or credential theft services.

Data scraping, data mining, automated harvesting, or unauthorized collection of third-party data.

Cryptocurrency mining, wallet drainers, blockchain abuse, or malicious smart contract tooling.

Artificial traffic generation, click fraud, ad fraud, or impression manipulation.

Any content or activity that may harm ANodes infrastructure, reputation, upstream providers, or business relationships.

Monitoring & Enforcement

ANodes reserves the right to review hosted content and activity where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, ensure compliance, or protect infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, content removal, or permanent service bans without notice or refund.

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 13 years old to use ANodes services.

Impersonation

Plans and hosted services may not impersonate ANodes, third parties, or individuals in a misleading or deceptive way.

Gambling & Financial Services

Use of our services for gambling, betting, or wagering systems involving real-world value is prohibited.

Security & Monitoring

We may inspect or monitor services when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, or ensure system security.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANodes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business.

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

Users are fully responsible for all content and activity running under their plans.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

Any disputes shall be handled exclusively under Romanian jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

Final Clause

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full effect.
