Service Monitoring & Administrative Access
We may monitor or process service activity where reasonably necessary to ensure system stability, detect abuse, enforce policies, or comply with legal requirements.
Resource Monitoring: We monitor real-time resource utilization metrics (including CPU, memory, and disk space usage) of hosted instances. This data is processed solely to maintain system stability, ensure fair resource allocation, and detect abusive workloads (such as cryptocurrency mining or extreme CPU overloading).
Shadow Logins: To assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving support issues, ANodes administrators may use administrative impersonation ("shadow logins") to log into a user's account dashboard. For security and user protection, administrators are programmatically restricted and cannot create, delete, modify, or manage servers or settings under the user's account. This access is strictly read-only and limited to viewing server details (such as server status and expiration dates) to diagnose reported issues.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use essential cookies and local session storage strictly to authenticate your account, maintain your login session, and secure your dashboard interactions. We do not use any cookies for advertising, tracking, or marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, infrastructure, analytics, or security.
These providers may process limited data strictly necessary for their role in service delivery.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13.
